Kazakhstan’s President Nursultan Nazarbayev has arrived in London on a working visit, Tengrinews.kz reports, citing the President’s Press Service.
“During the visit he is expected to have a number of bilateral talks and attend the London Olympic Games opening ceremony”, the statement reads.
Kazakh athletes obtained a total of 116 Olympic licenses. Kazakhstan has set rewards for its athletes: $250 000 for a gold medal; $ 150 000 for a silver medal; $75 000 for a bronze medal; $30 000 for a third place; $10 000 for a fifth place and $5 000 for a sixth place.
